Our Story

Inspired by the traveling apothecary doctors of the old west, master mixologist Emily Lyon roamed from town to town, crafting cocktails, mocktails, and shrubs for those seeking a drink during the Covid-19 pandemic. Instead of a stethoscope, she carried a bar spoon and shaker as her essential tools. As gatherings post-pandemic grew, a small wagon filled with tinctures, mixes, alcohol, and herbs, accompanied her in her travels. Today, Apothecary Bartending Company caters to a wide range of events, including business functions, weddings, festivals, family events, and more. Serving farm-to-table cocktails that perfect life's most memorable moments.
